How we may share information

We may share your personal information with our business partners in connection with legitimate business practices for product registration and product warranty and servicing.  Providing your personal data to a payment provider for invoice fulfilment.  In certain circumstances we may be legally required to share certain data for example where we are involved in legal proceedings, complying with legal obligations, a court order or regulatory authorities such as Revenue and Customs.  If data is required for the shipping of goods, information will be supplied to any relevant shipping company.

Your right to be forgotten

You have the right to request that we delete your personal details at any time, unless the data is necessary for us to provide you with services or we are required to retain it to fulfil our legal obligations such as financial information for a seven year period.

Data Retention

You can revoke your consent at any time with future effect.  This, however, does not affect the legitimacy of processing your data until the date of revocation.
